theguidemap 提供塔羅解讀平台，讓用戶能夠獲取牌面解析與分析。本服務為透過網際網路提供的數位軟體即服務（SaaS）產品。
2.2 服務性質
本服務為數位無形產品。付款確認後即時開通服務存取權限。由於數位服務的即時交付性質，退款適用特定限制，詳見第7條。
第3條 計費與付款
3.1 稅費
除非另有說明，所列價格均不含適用稅費（包括增值稅、GST、銷售稅等）。如適用法律要求，我們將代為收取並代繳相關稅費。您有責任支付您司法管轄區內使用本服務所適用的稅款。
第4條 退款政策
4.1 總體政策
由於我們的數位服務具有即時交付的無形性質（付款確認後即可存取），費用原則上不予退款，但以下情況除外。
4.2 可退款情形
重複扣款：因計費錯誤導致重複扣款的，全額退款。
經驗證的服務中斷：因我方原因導致的購買內容無法讀取，經核實後全額退款。
4.3 如何申請退款
退款申請請傳送郵件至 stellarnexus666@outlook.com，並提供帳戶郵件、交易ID及退款原因。我們將在2個工作日內確認，並在5–10個工作日內原路退款。
第5條 帳單爭議
如您認為扣款存在錯誤，請先發郵至 stellarnexus666@outlook.com，在向銀行提起交易爭議前與我們聯繫。我們承諾在2個工作日內回覆，並在5個工作日內解決確認的計費錯誤。
第6條 資料、隱私與安全
您對本服務的使用受我們隱私政策的約束，隱私政策發布於 www.theguidemap.com/privacy.html。支付卡資料由我們符合PCI-DSS標準的支付處理商獨家處理，不儲存於我們的伺服器上。帳戶資料在取消後保留90天，隨後刪除。
第7條 免責聲明與責任限制

Welcome to www.theguidemap.com ("theguidemap", "we", or "our Company"). Our Company is incorporated under the laws of the United States/District of Colorado, with its registered address at 600 17th st, suite 2800, Denver, Co 80202 STELLAR NEXUS INC.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tarot reading services provided through www.theguidemap.com ("Services").
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, purchasing content, or otherwise using the Services, you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) you agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2. Service Description
2.1 What We Provide
theguidemap provides a tarot reading platform that enables users to receive card interpretations and analysis. The Service is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered via the internet.
2.2 Nature of the Service
The Service is a digital intangible product. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as set forth in Section 7.
3. Billing & Payment
3.1 Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, all listed prices exclude applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by applicable law, we will collect and remit applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Services in your jurisdiction.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 General Policy
Due to the intangible nature of our digital services (access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation), fees are generally non-refundable except as provided below.
4.2 Eligible Refunds
Duplicate Charges: Full refund will be issued for duplicate charges resulting from billing errors.
Verified Service Interruption: Full refund will be issued for purchased content that cannot be accessed due to causes attributable to us, subject to verification.
4.3 How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be sent via email to stellarnexus666@outlook.com, including your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process the refund within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is erroneous, please contact us at stellarnexus666@outlook.com before initiating a dispute with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
6. Data, Privacy & Security
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.theguidemap.com/privacy.html. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
You use theguidemap entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided on a "reading" basis. Neither theguidemap nor any of its employees make any express or implied warranties, representations, or endorsements whatsoever (including but not limited to warranties of title or non-infringement, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) with respect to any merchandise, information, or service offered through its web pages or the internet. They shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction (whether through the internet or otherwise). You shall independently evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, and other information, as well as the quality and merchantability of all merchandise provided through theguidemap's web pages or the internet.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, theguidemap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. General Provisions
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via notice on the website at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and theguidemap.
